Pool season is finally here! Get ready for an afternoon of sunshine, music, and summer fun at The Charles Pool Party & BBQ! Join your neighbors on May 29 from 2PM–6PM at the Family Swimming Pool.

Pool Hours and Updates
Pool Hours: 10am - 8pm
Guest Policy: Each household can bring up to 2 guests.
Cabanas: Reserve for free on the tenant portal thecharlesatbexley.com or the resident app. Maximum of 6 people per cabana.
Food & Beverages: Food is only allowed in the cabanas. Beverages must be in closed/sealed containers. No glass permitted.
Entry Requirements: Resident IDs are required for entry to the pool areas.
Children: Must be accompanied by an adult if under 18.
Age Requirements: Club Pool: 18+ only; Family Pool (Travis Rd): Family-friendly
Dog Park Hours and Policies
The dog park is open 24/7 so your pup can live their best life, too.
