Resident Relations Specialist

Join us in setting the standards of exceptional Columbus living. We're seeking someone to help The Charles at Bexley community by being our customer service rockstar. The ideal candidate would be able to stay on top of prioritizing, organizing, and assisting in the day-to-day operations. In addition to daily office duties, this position also requires:

Responsibilities (included, but not limited to):

1. Create a welcoming environment for guests upon entering the office
2. Tier 1 customer support
3. Exceptional execution of notice deliveries 
4. Submit maintenance requests for residents both in person and online
5. Assist in maintaining and increasing resident retention numbers
6. Organize the resident filing system
7. Assist in planning/executing resident events
8. 
Fielding incoming calls
9. Maintain a positive customer service attitude
10. Periodic inspection with residents move-in/move-outs, notice follow-ups
11. Review all notices to vacate to determine the cause of the move-out
12. Initiate and implement policies/procedures to maintain resident communications, e.g. complaints, service requests, etc.

Qualifications:

1. Some college preferred
2. Basic understanding of Gmail/Google Suite
3. Microsoft Office proficient
4. 2+ years in multifamily housing
5. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
6. Comfortable with technology, especially texting
7. Shares the core values and vision of The Charles at Bexley
8. Multitasking champion
