Finding your dream apartment means taking the time to ask the right questions. We've compiled a list of our most frequently asked renting questions to help you in your search.
We'll take it from here. Applications take anywhere from 24-48 hours to complete. We'll contact you once we've received your screened application. If your application is approved, you will have to pay a $300.00 holding fee to secure the apartment you applied for. This $300.00 is then applied toward your move-in costs.
What are the qualifications to apply?
Everyone 18+ who will be living in the apartment must apply
No evictions
No felony convictions
No debts in collections to previous landlords/apartment complexes
No debts in collections to utility providers
How much will my security deposit be?
At most, a full month's worth of rent. This depends on how your application comes back regarding your credit score, rental history, and other factors.
Do you allow pets?
Yes! You're allowed up to two (2) cats or one (1) dog per household. Our breed restriction list includes: Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Doberman Pinscher, Pit Bull, Chow Chow, American Bulldog, and Akita. Your fur baby will love our private dog park, too.
How much is the pet deposit?
There is a $250.00 non-refundable pet fee. This is for pet-related wear and tear in your home, as well as around our grounds.
What is the monthly pet rent?
$25.00 per month per pet.
Are any utilities included?
Water
Sewage
Trash pickup and on-site recycling.
Do you accept applicants with previous evictions?
Typically, no. If an eviction comes up on your screened application, we give you the opportunity to provide proof you've paid it off. See our application qualifications above for more information.
What amenities are at The Charles?
The Charles living experience is unlike any other. As a resident, you'll enjoy complimentary Starbucks, open bar events, two (2) pools, access to our fitness center and laundry facility, and multiple sport courts!

Let your leasing professional know the name and address of who referred you. That's it!
Do you offer short term leases?
We do not offer short term leasing at this time. Our shortest lease term is 12 months.
