Community Yard Sale!

Join us for The Charles first Community Yard Sale!

Saturday August 8th

Now is the time to get rid of some of the things you may not need or want anymore. Residents can spick a space around their unit, set up a tent, table, ect for everyone who would like to participate!  The office will provide a map of participating units to make it easy for you to find other participants.  

Participation in The Charles Community Yard Sale is completely voluntary.

By participating, each seller agrees to the following:

• All items offered for sale are the seller's personal property and are not stolen or owned by another individual.
• All transactions are solely between the buyer and the seller. The Charles is not responsible for refunds, exchanges, disputes, or purchases made in error.
• Sellers will not intentionally misrepresent merchandise, including falsely advertising counterfeit or imitation products as authentic.
• Sellers agree to answer buyers' reasonable questions honestly, including questions regarding an item's condition, purchase history, and prior use, to the best of their knowledge.

By participating you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by the policies outlined above. All participating sellers must sign this agreement before being permitted to sell at the event.
