WHAT MATERIALS CAN I RECYCLE?
Pre-rinsed items ONLY. Paper, plastic, glass, cardboard, and aluminum.
COLLECTION DAY FALLS ON A HOLIDAY, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
During the week of a holiday, all recycling and trash collections will be pushed back one day, even if your collection does not fall on the actual holiday. Normal collections will resume the following week.
WHAT DAYS WILL MY TRASH AND RECYCLING BE COLLECTED?
Up to 2 standard, 13-gal bags of trash will be collected on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays typically during the morning hours. Your recycling is collected on Fridays only. Please pre-rinse all recyclable items (see #1 for accepted materials) and loosely place them in your TrashCab gray bin.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ASSIGNED RECYCLE BIN IS LOST OR STOLEN?
Replacing either the gray recycle bin or assigned 13-gal trash can (delivered to all residents by 6/1; please set your bags outside of your front door in the meantime) is at the expense of the tenant.
IF I DECIDE TO MOVE OUT, WHAT DO I DO WITH THE TRASH CAN AND RECYCLING BIN?
All tenants are to leave the trash can and recycling bin in the same condition in which they were provided - clean and in proper, working order. Leave them inside of your townhome or apartment.
